Online services include interactive features such as payments, registrations, licensing and renewal, license search and more.

This service provides the ability to look up information on courses and course providers. Courses can be searched based on regulator, course number, course name, course type, course delivery method and number of credits in a content area. Course providers can be searched based on regulator, provider number, provider name, address and whether the current courses are being offered. A list of courses approved for a given provider can be found using the course provider search option.
ALMSQuery - Licensee Search
This service provides the public with the ability to look up license and registration information from over 40 regulated entities and professions. In addition to the name of the licensee and the type of license held, information may include authorities, appointments, continuing education, as well as periods of license inactivity. Searches may be performed by regulator, profession, authority/specialty, name, license number, city, county, state, and zip. We also provide the ability for you to download the search results to a comma-delimited text file which will allow you to print your own mailing labels.
Online Renewal Service
This service enables online renewals any time, day or night, with a valid Visa or Mastercard through Maine.gov's secure payment server. Forms may also be printed and mailed with a paper check. (Please note that not all license types are renewable online. Check with your specific licensing agency if you have any questions.)
ALMS – Online Change of Contact Information
This service provides licensees and registrants with the ability to review and change their contact information online. Depending upon the information tracked by the specific agency, the mailing address, street address, phone numbers and/or email address may be updated.
Loan Officer Registration
This service allows Supervised Lenders and Loan Brokers to register their loan officers with the Office of Consumer Credit Protection online for all loan officers working for lenders and brokers. The registration requirement applies to any loan officer who has direct in-person, telephone, mail, or e-mail contact with Maine consumers. Individuals who perform purely clerical functions and who do not accept applications or originate, negotiate, solicit, arrange for or obtain loans, are exempt from this requirement.
Securities Online Services UICNF Filer
This service offered by the Office of Securities allows the registration of the form UICNF (Uniform Investment Company Filing Notice) and the accompanying form U2 information. By using this system, the issuers or their assigned filers may submit filings for initial, renewal, amendment, and termination of securities without mailing in paper forms.
