Accessibility

The Department of Professional and Financial Regulation is committed to providing all our visitors with reasonable accommodation for access to services and information available on our website.

The department makes many reports and documents available on line. Some of these documents are extremely large. We will be using Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) format for these large files, and you may download Adobe Acrobat's free reader.

You will note that each agency within the department also makes numerous applications and forms available on line in Adobe Acrobat format. These applications and forms are made available only to provide a means to distribute them electronically so that users can print and fill them out by hand.

Adobe has created an Access Conversion Service for blind and visually impaired users. This service translates PDF documents into a format that screen readers can use. You can get more information on this service.
