Radio Services Operations - Rates

Radio support services are consolidated under the Office of Information Technology (OIT).  Rates are developed based on technician, test equipment, vehicle, parts, and other costs to maintain the entire state radio network. Rates are variable based on radio equipment type, and cover all support of the devices.  Rates do not cover replacement of the equipment.  All radio equipment is being added and managed by OIT in an inventory system developed by the Department of Conservation.

Specific monthly rates by type of radio equipment include:

• Base station/repeater (VHF or UHF) - $108.66
• Consoles with 36 positions - $36.22
• Mobile radio - $54.33
• Portable radio - $36.22
