Enterprise applications is a OIT group that manages software applications used by 3 or more agencies. These applications are supported by OIT application managers who provide services to end users.

Enterprise Applications include:

• Exchange E-Mail (Outlook) - Internal E-mail accounts and services in State Government
• ZIX Secure / Encrypted E-Mail - Internal Services
• FaxMaker -Internal Fax service
• Instant Messaging - Secure Internal Instant Messaging Application
• Blackberry Mobile Devices - Internal Blackberry accounts and device support
• Footprints Workflow Management Application -Managing internal workflow within and between internal projects
• Fortis Document Management - Internal document management systems using customized workflows
• Momentum Secure File Transfer - Secure file transfers between clients and servers
• Cybermation Job Scheduling - Automated schedules and workflows - linked to Enterprise Operations services.
