Central Print & Copy Services: This service provides high speed copying and a professional print shop.
Summary of Central Print & Copy Services:
Central Printing: Central Printing serves all State departments and agencies with copying, high speed printing and specialty printing services. Central Printing has the capacity to reproduce a variety of materials, such as forms, documents, briefs, letters, booklets, pamphlets, and the like. Orders may be placed by physically delivering materials to Central Printing, through interdepartmental mail, or sent electronically. Completed orders may be physically picked up, mailed through the State Postal Center, or delivered by courier (courier service is for the Augusta, Hallowell, and Gardiner areas only).
Copy Center: The Copy Center, with the assistance of the Division of Purchases, is responsible for establishing contracts with vendors for copier machines statewide. The machines are available through the Copy Center to all state and non-state agencies (such as Maine Community Colleges, Boards, Judicial and Legislative Branches, etc.). Any political subdivision or school administrative district in the State of Maine may also participate in this contract by issuing its own purchase order.
