Momentum Secure File Transfer

Service description

The Momentum Secure File Transfer application provides managed file transfer that produces verified data integrity while maintaining strong security. Momentum includes automated file transfer capabilities with built in notifications which helps reduce the time required to accomplish file transfers. Files can be forwarded to their final destination based on filename.

The File Transfer Service is available 24 hours x 7 days per week excluding planned outage maintenance windows and unavoidable events.

Service Level Targets & Agreements:

The standard production published service level agreement can be viewed at the following link:  Standard_SLA_CTS_Production Services. A formal SLA has not been developed specific to this service.
