PMO Project Methodology
The State of Maine is licensed with TenStep, Inc. to utilize the TenStep methodology for project management. The TenStep methodology is based on the Project Management Institute Project Management Body of Knowledge Guide (PMBOK guide). The project methodology is provided in detail in the TenStep Project Management Process document for all project types and size.
Project Managers are required to follow the Cross Functional Workflow procedure and the PMO Project Checklist which have been created to provide State of Maine specific requirements.
