Welcome to the Office of Information Technology's Project Management Office website.
The goal of the PMO is to ensure the success of projects from selection of the right technical initiatives for the State of Maine's Project Portfolio to successful project completion through the use of standard project management methodology. Benefits will be realized from the continual improvements to our portfolio management processes, project management best practices and tools, development of project portfolio management policies, quality assurance, mentoring and training programs that will support and enhance the skills of the project management staff to ensure successful achievement of the agencys project goals and objectives.
