The Program Fiscal Coordinator at IF&W acts as lead in development, implementation and consistent monitoring of appropriate policies and controls impacting critical administrative processes at the Department. The incumbent develops and oversees appropriate processes and controls over significant financial resources and any revenue stream at the Department. The Program Fiscal Coordinator supervises an Accounting Associate I position at the Department who is primarily responsible for daily revenue deposits and reconciliations at the Department.

This team will also manage Agriculture’s Commissioner’s Office, bond accounts, TEFAP grant, Seed Potato Board and Harness Racing & approve daily revenue receipts for Agriculture. Processing daily revenue receipts for Environmental Protection.
