From the North (Waterville and Bangor, ME area):
Head southwest on Interstate I-95. Take exit 109, turn
right RT 202 (Western Ave.) to Rotary. Take RT 201 heading southwest
for 0.5 miles to the State Capitol. The Museum is located just south
of the Capitol building. Free Parking is available west, and north of
the Museum.
From the South (Portland area):
Head northeast on Interstate I-95. Take exit 109 ,RT
202, Western Ave. Take Western Ave. southwest to a rotary. At the rotary
take RT 201 South, the State Capitol will be on your right. The museum
is located just south of the Capitol.
From mid-coast Maine (Rockland, Camden, Belfast):
Head west on route 17 or 3. After crossing the Kennebec River take RT 201 South. The museum is directly south of the State Capitol.
From the West (Lewiston):
Take RT 202, to Augusta (Western Ave.) to a rotary. At rotary follow 201 South to the State Capitol. The Museum is located south of the Capitol on your right.
