Answers Web site in March

The Maine Department of Economic and Community Development's (DECD's)
Office of Business Development has announced that it plans to launch its
new Business Answers Program Web site in early March.
The site will provide visitors with online assistance in many areas of
starting and operating a business in Maine through Business Answers' information,
publications and answers to Frequently Asked Questions.
In addition to providing information about state small business development
resources, the site will also feature the One Stop Business Licensing Center,
a service which helps businesses identify state licensing requirements
that pertain to them and provides applications and information needed for
business operation.
The new site gives small business owners 'round-the-clock Web access to
the Business Answers Program. Business Answers can also be accessed by
calling (800) 872-3838 during business hours.
The office encourages business owners and anyone interested in starting
a business to take advantage of this new service.
