  1. ARRC - Bangor Public Library is the Area Reference and Resource Center (ARRC) for NMLD.
  2. Bindery Cooperative - Statewide book binding program through Bridgeport Bindery
  3. Club 20, 2nd Edition
  4. Continuing Education - Trainings, workshops, and institutes offered at low cost or no charge for member library staff
  5. Interlibrary Loan - Libraries and individuals may request books and journals through the Area Reference and Resource Center [Bangor Public Library]
  6. Professional Collection - Books and AV materials about library administration, children services, technical services, reference , etc. available only for loan to library staff and library students.
  7. Reading Round-Up - Statewide conference of children's literature held in April
  8. SCOOP Cooperative - Discounts on library books, furniture, equipment and supplies
