NMLD Council and Board

Member libraries appoint representatives to a District Council which meets semi-annually. From the Council, a nine-member Executive Board is elected. Members help to organize: 

• SCOOP for library books, equipment, and supplies
• Public relations activities
• Local networking opportunities
