  • MSLN Circuit Rider Program: The program offers training, support and useful resources for libraries and schools who are connected to the Internet through the Maine School and Library Network.
  • E-rate: School and Library Discount Information: Resulting from the Telecommunications Act of 1996, the E-Rate offers discounts from 20% to 90% to schools and libraries in the interest of bringing broad online information access to as many Americans as possible.
  • Maine School and Library Network (MSLN): Created by a PUC ruling on May 15, 1995, MSLN provides no-cost Internet connection to every school and library building. Site offers support and useful resources for libraries and schools who are connected to the Internet through the Maine School and Library Network.
