ATM E-rate Information

For 2010 (July 1, 2010 – June 30, 2011) services:

No Form 470 needs to be filed since the Maine Department of Education's Form 470 from 2006 still covers this contract.

The Maine Department of Education is working on guidance to provide for E-rate Form 471 application that is due by February 11, 2010.
