Maine State Government Publications Checklist

The Maine State Government Publications Checklist lists all of the state agency publications received by the Maine State Library during the indicated quarter. Copies of each publication are held for use at the State Library and its depositories (listed below) and, in most cases, are available for checkout. Neither the Maine State Library nor any of its depositories have extra copies to provide persons/agencies. Instructions on how to obtain such copies are listed below.

How to obtain copies of listed publications

• Use/borrow from Maine State Library and designated depository libraries statewide.
• Access via the Internet (if a URL is provided in the Checklist).
• Contact issuing state agency for your own copy (if available).
  • Request by title, not classification number.
  • Some agencies charge a fee for their publications.

Available Publications

Publications are now offered as PDF or Excel format. To view PDF documents, you will need the free Adobe Reader. To view Excel documents, you will need Microsoft Excel or the Excel Viewer. Older publications are available in Rich Text format (rtf) or Portable Document Format (pdf) for printing. Note: RTF can open in Word or other similar programs.
