ENERGY COnservation board
The Energy Conservatin Board (ECB) was created by the Legislature in 2007 under LD 1851 (PL 2007, ch. 317) “to assist the commission and the trustees of the Energy and Carbon Savings Trust in the development, coordination and integration of planning for the State’s energy conservation efforts and to provide advice and counsel to the commission and the Energy Carbon Savings Trust on energy conservation and carbon dioxide reduction matters.”
