Notifying Non-Member Facility Owners

As a resource to assist you with identifying non-member facility operators that may own or operate underground facilities within your pre-marked area of excavation, the MPUC has developed a directory of non-member facility operators. This directory may be accessed on line @ www.oktodig.com or via touch tone telephone @ 1-866-OKT-ODIG (1-866-658-6344).

Please be aware, that this is not an all-inclusive list of non-members. There may be other non-member facility owners that you are required to notify that are not included here – especially private property owners.

In addition, this list may contain errors or omissions. It is your responsibility, as the excavator, to identify and notify all of the owners of underground facilities in the vicinity of your excavation, whether they are indicated by this directory or not.
