Small Non-Residential: Demand generally does not exceed 20 kw Medium Non-Residential: Demand generally from 20 kw to 400 kw
- December - March Saturdays, Sundays and holidays shall be treated as consisting of two shoulder periods, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the remainder to be designated as off-peak. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during the April - November period shall be designated as all off-peak.
