Notes:

  • Summer: June to August Non-Summer:  September - May Time-of-Use Periods - Weekdays
    • On Peak:  7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Interim (or Shoulder):  12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
    • Off Peak:  8:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
    Time-of-Use Periods - Weekends and Holidays
    • December - March Saturdays, Sundays and holidays shall be treated as consisting of two shoulder periods, from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with the remainder to be designated as off-peak.  Saturdays, Sundays and holidays during the April - November period shall be designated as all off-peak.
    Small Non-Residential:  Demand generally does not exceed 20 kw Medium Non-Residential:  Demand generally from 20 kw to 400 kw
  • Large Non-Residential:  Demand generally exceeds 400 kw
