CHAPTER 22  - RETROACTIVE TELEPHONE INTER-COMPANY SETTLEMENTS

 

 

Chapter 22 is repealed.  See Maine Public Utilities Commission, Order Repealing Rule, Repeal of Chapter 22, Retroactive Telephone Inter-Company Settlements, Docket No. 2001-512 (October 3, 2001).

 

EFFECTIVE DATE:  The repeal of Chapter 22 was approved as to form and legality by the Attorney General on 10/5/01.  It was filed with the Secretary of State on 10/9/01 and will be effective on 10/14/01.
