Following the Progress of a Case

You may receive information on a particular case in a number of ways. You may contact the Commission for specific information at any time or elect to receive notification of hearings and Commission orders in a specific case. Formal intervenors receive all materials filed by the parties to a case, as well as all official Commission documents on that case. The information includes legal briefs, and discovery documents that may be quite lengthy. In some cases, the volume runs into thousands of pages. Please consider whether you want all of this information. Documents filed in a case and transcripts of hearings are available to the public and may be viewed at the Commission. To discuss options for meeting your informational needs, please contact the Commission as indicated below.
