2. Request for someone to take minutes of the meeting.

 

3. Comment on and revise chart of Means of Delivery for Broadband Access begun at previous meeting.

 

4. Clarify scope and mission of the Subcommittee: What is the end- product of this work? Do we seek to produce a statewide technology roadmap (e.g., a patchwork of dark fiber, HDSL, and WiMax)?

 

5. Do we want to specifically endorse a particular set of technologies to better wire Maine? Or is it sufficient merely to describe them and their pros/cons so that the Governor is in a position to respond specifcally to a financial or political opportunity that may present itself?

 

6. Open the floor to questions and comments.

 

7. Set up next meeting.

 

8. Adjourn.
