In recent years, emergent trends and projects have redefined and accelerated the pace of change in schools. Some, like the Common Core Initiative and Mass Customized Learning have come from within the educational sphere; others, like the growing impact of online social media, have come from changes in society at large. The frameworks and toolkits provided by MLTI play an essential role in this transformation process, allowing educators to harness these changes creatively and productively.
Throughout the 2012 Summer Institute, comprehensive hands-on sessions will build upon these resources, supplying teachers and administrators with the knowledge necessary to draft the blueprints of classrooms to come.
