The Board will be holding oral argument in the matter of Mariah Morales and Teamsters Local Union No. 340 and Town of Lincoln, MLRB Case No. 27 UDA-01, to be immediately followed by a meeting of the Board in executive session for the purpose of conferring with its counsel regarding the agency's legal rights and duties with respect to this matter. Both the oral argument and executive session meeting will be conducted remotely via Zoom videoconference.
