EPA Finalizes Reporting Requirements

On October 17, EPA finalized reporting requirements under the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA) which included clarification on how to report hazardous chemicals in mixtures.

Facilities subject to the regulations, as well as local emergency planning committees, and fire departments should become familiar with the new requirements.
