20 Graduate HSEEP Course
July 31, 2009
20 people attended and successfully completed the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program. Course attendees included those from Northeastern Maine Regional Resource Center, Androscoggin Unified Emergency Management Agency, Town of Gouldsboro, American Red Cross, The Aroostook Medical Center, Pen-Bay Medical Center, Maine Army National Guard, US Secret Service, Central Maine Regional Resource Center, US Coast Guard, Maine Veteran’s Home, Mayo Regional Hospital, Maine Health and Environmental Testing Laboratory, Maine Department of Environmental Protection, United States Postal Service, and R.H. Foster Energy, LLC. Northeastern Maine Regional Resource Center sponsered this course. The training consisted of the basics in exercise development, which will be followed up with a 1 day HSEEP Toolkit Training. Those attendees with EMS licenses received 15 Continuing Education Hours (CEH’s) awarded by Maine EMS. Several photos have been uploaded to MEMA's page on Facebook.
