Utility Location Permits

The Utility Location Permit Page is intended to assist in the preparation of Location Permit applications.  General questions regarding Location Permits may be found at  Location Permit FAQ's. 

Please note that Location Permit Applications must be submitted to the MaineDOT Regional Office in which the proposed work is to be done.
