The Highway Opening Applications have to be sent to the appropriate MaineDOT Region Office. To see which region your municipality is in, please visit the Region Location page.

The Application to open a State Highway is in the Microsoft Word Format. The document can be filled out, and /or saved to your computers hard drive for later revisions.
