2003 Work Zone Safety Challenge Winning MaineDOT Teams Announced
April 7-11 is National Work Zone Safety Awareness
Week
Thank you to everyone who participated in our “2003 Work Zone
Safety Challenge”.
This year’s contest included 38 team entries with 256 participants. Thanks also
to Pete Coughlan for putting together another challenging test. Safety Management
is proud to have sponsored this activity again in recognition of National Work
Zone Awareness Week, April 7 – 11. Our aim in this event is to get everyone thinking
about safety around work zones, whether you are working in them, or driving through
them.
Congratulations to this year’s winners who receive a free breakfast,
courtesy of MaineDOT!
