Private Facility Permits

The Private Facility Permits Page is intended to assist property owners with the preparation of an application package for a “Private Facility Exception License ”.  This type of application is only intended for private facilities with unique circumstances that otherwise prevent the facility from being located outside of the public right-of-way (Typically, this involves property owners that have property and structures on both sides of the road or small “grandfathered” lots with non-conforming aspects).  This type of application is not to be used for any type of utility service lines or any other installation directly connected to a utility system or network.
