The Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT), in conjuction with the Portland Area Comprehensive Transportation Committee (PACTS), is conducting a study of Interstate 295.  The purpose of the study is to evaluate the long-term needs of the I-295 Corridor between Scarborough and Brunswick and to identify a set of recommendations to provide safe and efficient transportation service through the year 2025.
