Presque Isle, Aroostook County, Maine

  Beginning at a point on State Route 164, 0.59 of a mile northwesterly of Main Street (US Route 1), point of reference utility pole #24; thence, southeasterly to a point on Main Street (US Route 1) 0.33 of a mile northerly of State Route 164, point of reference utility pole #414/61; west side of road.

  Thence, southeasterly to a point on State Route 210, 0.14 of a mile easterly of Main Street (US Route 1), point of reference utility pole #11/5; thence, southeasterly crossing Bangor and Aroostook Railroad spur track, the Aroostook River, the Aroostook Valley Railroad, the Bangor and Aroostook Railroad and the Canadian Pacific Railroad to Fort Street (States Route 163 and 167) at a point 0.08 of a mile east of Maysville Street extension; thence, southeasterly to a point on State Street 0.45 of a mile east of Fleetwood Street;

  Thence, southeasterly to the intersection of Academy Street (State Route 10) and Mulberry Drive; thence due south to a point in an unnamed brook; thence, westerly to a point on Main Street (US Route 1) 0.04 of a mile south of University Street No. 1, point of reference utility pole #1103; thence, northwesterly crossing the Bangor and Aroostook Railroad to Chapman Street at an entrance to a pumping station, 0.12 of a mile southwest of St. John Street; thence, northwesterly crossing Presque Isle Stream and the Bangor, and Aroostook Railroad to a point on Industrial Street (State Route 163) 0.21 of a mile west of Elizabeth Street, point of reference utility pole #14;

  Thence, westerly via the northerly right-of-way boundary of Industrial Street (State Route 163) to the Presque Isle-Mapleton town line; thence, northerly via said town line to a point due west of a point on State Road (State Route 227) 0.82 of a mile northwesterly of Skyway Street; thence, due east to said point; thence, southeasterly via the southwesterly right-of-way boundary of State Road (State Route 227) to Skyway Street; thence, northeasterly to a point on Parsons Street 0.19 of a mile northerly of the Connector Road, point of reference utility pole #44; thence, due east into Presque Isle Stream; thence, easterly via the water of Presque Isle Stream into the Aroostook River; thence northerly via the waters of the Aroostook River to a point due west of a point on State Route 164, 0.59 of a mile northwesterly of Main Street (US Route 1), point of reference utility pole #24, thence, due east to said point, the point of beginning.
