Orono Road in Glenburn and Orono to close for day on Monday

In order to replace a deteriorating culvert in Glenburn, MaineDOT crews need to close Orono Road during the day on Monday, September 21 from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Crews will close Orono Road from the intersection of the Pushaw Road in Glenburn to the Essex Street intersection in Orono. The culvert is located by the Orono/Glenburn town line, .7 miles west of Essex Street.

A posted detour will utilize Burleigh Road and Broadway in Bangor in order to bypass the Orono Road closure.
