CREWS TO CLEAR TREES ALONG ROUTE 117 IN BUXTON
MaineDOT announced today that a section of Route 117 in Buxton will be closed for two days in order to remove trees along the roadway.
On July 23 and 24, crews will close a portion of Route 117 from the Route 202 intersection to the Simpson Road from 6:00 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. in order to remove the large trees crowding the roadway.
During the closure, Route 112 will be used as a detour. If work proceeds quicker than planned, Route 117 will be reopened early.
