Good news! Both the I-295 Northbound lanes and the I-295 Southbound lanes are now open.

Through the rest of the month and into September, you will still see crews working on signs, guardrails and other details, so please drive carefully. This work may necessitate partial ramp closures at night and sporadic lane closures during the day.

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank all Maine motorists, local residents along Route 201 and visitors to the state for your patience and cooperation. We are excited to be able to finish the project ahead of schedule.
