Standard Consultant Invoice

This Standard Invoice format is required under any new consultant services contract signed with MaineDOT after 01/04/2006. Consultant firms with contracts that began prior to that date are encouraged to transition to the new format.

Simplified Invoice Versions

The Standard Invoice is also available in a few other simplified versions through your MaineDOT contact person (view contact list PDF). These versions better fit less detailed invoicing needs (i.e. no sub consultants, less expense detail) for negotiated or commercial rates often found in construction support services, property services and other statewide or sole proprietor contracts.
