The following style and feature sets
have been developed for use with MX. We have corresponding
sets in both imperial and metric units, with the same file names
in each. Each of the styles also has a PSS file and a corresponding
FNS (Feature Name Set) file. Our imperial styles are in imperial_styles.zip
and our metric styles are in MDOT_styles.zip.
These zip files can be downloaded from the MDOT
MX Downloads Page, or from the links in this paragraph.

MDOT CONTOURS.PSS - Developed to display primary
and secondary contour strings. Only primary contours will be
annotated with elevations.

MDOT CONTOURS (SEC ANN).PSS - Developed to
display primary and secondary contour strings. Primary contours
will be annotated as in MDOT CONTOURS.PSS, and secondary contours
will also be annotated to tenths of a meter.

MDOT CROSS SECTION.PSS - A modified version
of the default cross section style. Section Set Identifiers
are "G", "T", and "S" for Existing Ground, Proposed Design,
and Subgrade sections.

MDOT DRIVE THROUGH.PSS - This style set is
used to set up views for Drive-Through and Fly-Through presentations.

MDOT GEOMETRY.PSS - This style set is configured
to display the Geometry Layout Sheet.

MDOT MAPPING.PSS - This style set is configured
to display photogrammetric mapping in full color.

MDOT MAPPING CYAN.PSS - This style set is
configured to display photogrammetric mapping in cyan only.

MDOT MAPPING GRAY.PSS - This style set is
configured to display photogrammetric mapping in gray only.

MDOT PLAN
COLOR.PSS - This style set is configured to display
existing topographic information in multiple colors.

MDOT PLAN GRAY.PSS - This style set is configured
to display existing topographic information in a gray color
scheme.

MDOT POINTS AND TICKS.PSS - Used to display our Points
drawing, showing tick marks and point numbers.

MDOT PROFILE.PSS
- Used to display profile drawings.

MDOT TEXT STRINGS.PSS - Displays the contents
of text strings associated with existing topographic information.

MDOT TEXT 90 STRINGS.PSS - Displays the contents
of text strings at a 90 degree rotation.

MDOT TEXT GROUPS.PSS - Displays the contents
of text strings grouped by feature.

MDOT TRIANGULATION.PTS - A slightly-modified
version of the default MX triangulation style set.

MDOT TRAVERSE STYLE.PSS - Displays traverse only.

MXROAD.PSS - This style set is a modified
version of the default style set. It is used for all proposed
design models at MDOT.

MXCHANGE PLAN.PSS - A special style set design
to display proposed plan information prior to translation to
MicroStation with the MX Change translator. Includes all design strings
except Master alignments, which are
annotated on this drawing using the MDOT Annotate Stations Add-In.
The ZIP files may contain
additional style sets, which are specialized, discontinued, or seldom
used.
