Prequalified Firms:  These lists were last updated June 23, 2009.  Some prequalification reviews under the 2009 Department-wide RFQ remain to be completed and this list will be updated continually until that process is completed.

General Services Prequalification Application:

 

The submittal period for our 2009 Department-wide RFQ for consultant services expired on February 20, 2009. 

 

Initial processing of the submittals received was completed on March 13, 2009 and program areas continue reviewing the material submitted.  We will continue updating the MaineDOT consultant prequalification listing (see links above) until all reviews are finished .  Consultant firms will be notified if not prequalified, as well as once their involvement in any General Consultant Agreement selection process is needed.   

 

Please Note: We will be posting a prequalification application soon that will allow firms to apply for prequalification continuously until the next Department-wide RFQ is published, now scheduled for early 2011.

Note: This Standard Invoice format is required under any new consultant services contract signed with MaineDOT after 01/04/2006.  Consultant firms with contracts that began prior to that date are encouraged to transition to the new format.
