The Contract Procurement Office develops, implements, and oversees MaineDOT's non-bid contractual policies, procedures, and standards to provide the Department with prudent contracting practices in the areas of Consultant Contracts, State Administered Municipal Projects, and Professional Services Contracts.

  • UPDATE - 2009 RFQ for Statewide Consultant Services - UPDATE:

    Development of the 2009 Department-wide RFQ for a broad array of consultant services is underway.  Our intent is to post the RFQ on this web site in early January 2009, in order to have the resulting General Consultant Agreements and multi-year contracts in place by fall 2009 to facilitate development of the 2010-2011 Transportation Work Plan.  

    Submittal requirements will be similar to those of the 2005 RFQ.  A courtesy E-mail will be sent announcing the posting, so please check the 'Consultant Contact List' link at the bottom of this page to be sure your E-mail address is listed and remains valid.
