Vendor Area and Sponsorships

Display and Vendor Area

Each space will be approximately 8’ deep by 10’ wide with one 6’ table, two chairs, and electrical. Space can be arranged for larger displays with advance notification.

Set-up would be Monday, July 14, 2008 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM. The area will be open during the Welcome Reception on Monday evening from 5:00 - 7:00 PM, coffee breaks & lunches on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (July 15 - 17, 2008).

Tear down will be any time after 4:00 PM on Thursday, July 17, 2008. Anything remaining after 9:00 PM on Thursday, July 17, 2008 will be discarded.

Please Note: Conference registration is separate.
