Town no longer able to dump at Cherryfield Transfer station

As of Oct. 1, 2008, Cherryfield has withdrawn the ability to dump at their transfer station.  Currently there are no other options but the Selectmen are working on a solution.  Residents may take universal waste to Pleasant River Transfer Station.  This includes computers, lights, etc.they will not accept any tires or construction debris at this time.
