Building Permit Application

Building Permit Applications are required for all structures over 200 square feet.

Plumbing permits are also required.

Minimum lot size is 80,000 sq. feet (approx. 2 acres)

Entrance permits are required for all driveways on town or state maintained roads.

Certificate of Occupancy is now required for residential buildings.

All structures must be 58 feet from the centerline of the road, and 15 feet from all other property lines.
