   Users must be full time or seasonal residents of Woodstock, Milton Twp or Greenwood.  A G&W Solid Waste sticker is required for use of either facility - stump dump or transfer station.  The sticker must be attached to the inside of the vehicle's window and be visible from outside the vehicle.
