Agenda

1.  Discuss proposal for purchasing park benches for the trail behind the Falls Cemetery.

2.  Discuss 2010 plans/issues.

3.  Anything else you want to discuss.

Meeting Minutes:

The Committee met at 4:00 PM.  Present:  Gary and Sharon Dixon, Idele Luce, Shirley Duplessis and Pat Turlo.

1.  The Committee voted to have benches installed along the walking path beside the park.

2.  The Committee agreed to maintenance items for 2010, i.e., re-stain benches in gazebo, re-seal/treat gazebo and overlooks, and set aside funds for lumber to replace some rail and deck planking.  Money also needs to be set aside for routine items, i.e., flowers, mowing and port-a-potty rental.

3.   Mr. Turlo spoke to Ginny Richards via phone before the meeting and she asked to be removed from the Committee.   Good luck and thanks for your service to the Committee, GINNY!
