Agenda/Description:
Presentation of preliminary space plan for the Wellness Center; report from members on Green Construction information search.

Meeting Minutes:
Rod Bost and Chuck Amos presented preliminary floor plan sketches for the Wellness Center for the Committee's review and comments.  R. Bost also reported research on construction techniques, with the Committee agreeing to pursue a panel construction option.  Pat McEachron outlined the next steps the Committee will need to take in the process, including firming up estimates for all construction and operational costs, prior to meeting with representatives from the Maine Seacoast Mission later this fall.
