September 9, 2003 Meeting Minutes

 

 

 

In Attendance:  Ralph Sanborn, Tom Goodroe, Lyndon Spaulding, Ed MacDonald, and Lori Blier.

 

• The meeting was opened and the minutes read and approved.
• Discussion was had on the comprehensive plan materials.  The question on whether the town had any rules on commercial or business sites.  We looked over the Site Plan Area ordinance and didn’t note any specific references to business or commercial use.  It was determined to ask Carol about potential lot size differences for commercial property.
• At the comprehensive plan meeting we will ask Carol about how the town would go about changing the zoning once we have put zones in place.
• The next regular meeting will be determined at the Comprehensive Plan Meeting (standard date of second Tuesday – October 14).
• The meeting was adjourned.
