Meeting Minutes
In Attendance: Lori
Blier (PBM), Lyndon Spaulding (PBM), Paul Burgess (Selectman) and Randy
Greenwood (Selectman)
- The
meeting was opened.
- Lori
passed out minutes, but no action was taken due to low attendance.
- The
flood plain management ordinance materials received from the State
Planning Office was given to Lori.
This is something the planning board will have to put together to
enable citizens of the town to purchase flood insurance. Lori said she would look over the
materials and bring it up at the next Planning Board meeting.
- It was
brought up that Ralph had mentioned we could discuss what items the
planning board would likely be responsible for in the comprehensive plan
if it is passed. Paul and Randy
indicated we would be responsible for all items listing the Planning Board
or the “Ordinance Committee”. It is
expected that the planning board will take on the role of ordinance
committee as part of its area of responsibility.
- The
next scheduled meeting will be May 11th.
- Meeting
adjourned at 7:40 p.m..
