Meeting Minutes

MacDonald (PBM), Lori Blier (PBM), Ralph Sanborn (PBM)
The meeting was opened.
- Last
meeting minutes were distributed and approved
- Members
present went over the comprehensive plan draft.
- Lori
was tasked to contact Carol Fuller at AVCOG to ask about the possibility
of drafting the required changes to the ordinances based on the final
draft of the comprehensive plan to have those changes pre-noted and
available for review at Town Meeting.
That way any changes that need to be approved by the town can be
done after acceptance of the comprehensive plan (presuming of course that
the plan is adopted).
- The
meeting was adjourned.
