January 13, 2004 Meeting Minutes

 

 

 

In Attendance:  Bill Paquette (CEO), Ed MacDonald (PBM), Lori Blier (PBM), Nathan Martin (PBM), Ralph Sanborn (PBM), Lyndon Spaulding (PBM), and Glen Dube (Contractor)

 

• The meeting was opened. 
• Glen Dube passed out the final subdivision plan for the Starlight Drive Subdivision on Andrews Road for the committee to review.  He also provided a complete copy of all documents for file.
• Ralph asked if we had a copy of DEP’s permit and whether we needed to provide DEP with anything or sign anything.  There is nothing we need to do for the DEP.  Discussion was closed after a few questions regarding the DEP storm water review permit. 
• A vote was called and the subdivision was accepted unanimously and signed.
• The meeting was adjourned to begin the Comprehensive Planning Committee Meeting.
