Wales Appeals Board Meeting

In Attendance:  Paul Landry; Mark Andrews; Shirley Hatch; William Austin; Paul Burgess, Selectman

Absent:  Richard Bradstreet

 

 

The first appeals Board meeting for 2005 was held at the Wales Town Office, at 7:00 pm on Thursday, September 3, 2005, it was held with Paul Burgess, Selectman in attendance.  The meeting was brought to order by the acting Chair William Austin at 7:10pm. 

 

After a short discussion of the duties of the appeals Board, the board voted to elect William Austin as Chairman and Mark Andrews as secretary.  Selectmen Paul Burgess had prepared binders of the Wales Charter and Handbook of Duties and Responsibilities of the Appeals Board and Town of Wales Ordinances for the Board Members.

 

E-mail addresses were exchanged between board members.  Chairman Austin directed the board members to familiarize themselves with the details in the binders.  For the time being we would meet again at an unspecified time in the future.

 

The next meeting was not set at this time.  The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 P.M.
