Town of Wales Boards, Committees, and Departments

The Town of Wales has no defined departments as such, except for the Volunteer Fire Department.  The town does however have a number of boards and committees.  Please select the appropriate listing on the menu to your left for the committee or board you are interested in.  You can also find specific information relating to activities of these boards and committees on the meetings & minutes pages, most requested services pages and town calendar pages.

The current boards and committees active for the Town of Wales are as follows:

Board of Selectmen
Planning Board
Budget Committee

RSU Board of Directors
Appeals Board

The current meeting schedule of these boards and departments are as follows:

Wales Fire Department         1st Monday of each month
Board of Selectmen              Tuesday's - biweekly @ 6pm
Planning Board                     2nd Monday of each month
Appeals Board                     When necessary
Budget Committee                See Town Calendar

RSU #4 -2nd & 4th Wed. of each month @ 6pm @  OHHS
